What Supports Your Mental Health? (Insights From ND Community)

Last weekend I wrote an essay, 10 Things That Have Helped Me Stay (Mostly) Okay, and I invited community responses to learn from others and what has helped in their journey. I was really moved by the responses and so decided to compile and look for themes and patterns.

So this week and next I’ll be walking through some of the themes. This is not a formal study, and just based on preliminary “napkin notes” as I’m calling them. However, I am interested in hearing from more people, so if you’d like to share and contribute to the conversation, here is a form to add any thoughts on what supports your mental health.

I will also be writing up a summary of these themes for Sunday’s newsletter, so if written form is better for you I’ll be covering similar content this Sunday.
